How to access the “Mail Admin Management”

By using the Mail Admin Management, available in the Aruba Webmail, you can manage all the email accounts which are associated to the domain name.

To access the Mail Admin Management, you need to Login into the Aruba Webmail, at:
, using the login details of the Postmaster account.

E-mail address: type in the complete address of the Postmaster account as follows:

Password: enter the password associated to the Postmaster user.

N.B.: the password of the “postmaster” email account is set by default to the same password of the domain.

If you wish to change the password of the postmaster account you can do so from the Mail Admin Management. Once you have changed the password, to access Mail Admin Management, you will need to use the new Postmaster password.

If you forget the “new” password of the Postmaster email account, you can restore the original password by opening a Ticket from the Aruba Support  section, selecting the Email category.
