How to change the details of the owner of a domain - Change Whois information

If, when registering your domain name, you enter incorrect details of the Registrant (for example: Mraio Rossi instead of Mario Rossi; incorrect date or place of birth etc..), or if they have been altered, you can request to change the details which are incorrect or not up-to-date.

To Change the details of the Registrant you need to send the following information to Aruba, by fax on: +39 0575 862000 or by opening a Ticket from the Aruba Support website:

Change Whois information Form* duly filled in using capital letters and signed;
- Clear front and back copy of a valid photo ID card of the owner or the Legal Representative in case of domain name owned by a Legal Person.

The correction will be made also to the details found in the public whois.

If you also wish to correct the billing details, you need to tick the relevant box in the Form.

ATTENTION: changing the details does not involve changing the Registrant of the Domain/s.
For corrections which involve changing all owner details, you need to follow the instructions for the Change of Domain Registrant.

To proceed with the alteration Aruba reserves the right to request further documents.

* To be accepted, such documents must be duly filled in and signed by the Registrant.
