Change your contact e-mail address

If you wish to change your contact e-mail address, you can do so by sending the following documentation to Aruba S.p.A. by fax to the number +39 0575/862110 or by opening a Ticket at Aruba Support:

• Change Contact E-mail Address Form duly filled in and signed
• Copy of valid ID of the domain owner.        

ATTENTION!! With the Change Contact E-mail Address form you can change the contact email address of:

• Login Details and/or Aruba* Registration Details (if you have not yet activated a service)
• Domain Owner Details 
• Domain Billing Details 

* You can change the contact email address of the Login Details (or Aruba Registration Details) directly online from the “Change Personal Details” Section of the website.

We remind you that the request for change of contact email address must only be sent by the person referred to in the current details.

If the Domain Owner, the person referred to in the Billing Details and the Owner of the Login are the same person, you can change all the email addresses with one Form.
If, however, it is not the same person, the requests must be sent separately by each person.  

IMPORTANT: Please enter the new email address in the form in BLOCK CAPITAL LETTERS. If the details entered are not clear / correct, the request may be rejected.

N.B. To fulfil your request, once the above documents have been received, Aruba reserves the right to request further documents in order to verify the identity of the persons involved.
