You can change the billing details of your domain directly online during the renewal process, or you can change them by sending the following:
• Change Billing Details Form duly filled in and signed;
• Copy of valid ID of the domain owner;
• If the owner is a Company/Body/Association: company registration certificate, company statute, notary deed or other document which proves that the person requesting the change is the legal owner. Documents older than 3 months, from the date the request was sent, will not be accepted.
Such documentation can be sent via fax to the number +39 0575/862000 or attached to a Ticket opened at Aruba Support.
IMPORTANT: Please enter the new email address in the form in BLOCK CAPITAL LETTERS. If the details entered are not clear / correct, the request may be rejected.
N.B. To fulfil your request, once the above documents have been received, Aruba reserves the right to request further documents.
