What are the C.R.O and T.R.N numbers and how do I get them?

The C.R.O. (Transaction Reference Code) is a code with 11 digits.

The TRN (Transaction Reference Number) is a sequence of 30 alphanumeric characters.

Such codes are given directly by your bank and, if one of them is not indicated in the receipt, it must be requested from the bank itself, as both are required by Aruba in order to process the payment made by bank transfer.
