How to unlock and request the Authorization Code of a domain name that is registered with Aruba

If your domain is registered with Aruba you can unlock the domain yourself and receive the  Authorization Code at the contact email address of the domain owner, by logging in with your login and password at http://admin.aruba.it or by opening a Ticket from the Aruba Support section, selecting the 'Domain Transfer and Registration' category.

N.B. to open a Ticket, you need to log in by entering the same Login and Password used for the domain in question.

Alternatively, the unlock request can be made by sending the following information by fax, to the number +39 0575/862000, or by opening a Ticket from the Aruba Support  section:

• Unlock Domain and Request Auth Code form duly filled in** and signed
• Front and back copy of valid ID card of the domain owner
• If the owner is a Company/Body/Association: company registration certificate, company statute, notary deed or other document which proves that the applicant is the legal owner. Documents older than 3 months, from the date the request was sent, will not be accepted.

ATTENTION! Please indicate the email address where you wish to receive the Auth-code in the abovementioned form.

Aruba reserves the right to request further documents in order to verify the identity of the persons involved.

Such a process is not required for .es domain names. In this case simply follow the instructions found in the relevant guide.
